Is there a way to remove the image column from the checkout - please see attached image

Hello,

Yes, you have an option to remove the product image from the cart in the Checkout process, follow me step by step :
1. From Main HikaShop Configuration, go to Checkout tab
2. Go to the Checkout Workflow part, and in your Block Cart
3. Show image option => No
