Hi,

If a user puts in a password that doesn't meet the password requirements (e.g not long enough password or doesn't verify password correctly) recaptcha disappears. See attached.

Then if the user doesn't notice this and continues they get the message "The CAPTCHA solution was incorrect". Recaptcha does not come back until the user refreshes the page.

Is there a way of fixing this?

Thanks.

I've had to temporarily remove the captcha because my client is reviewing the website

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback.
The recent support of Joomla 4 in the ReCaptCha plugin lead to an issue with the javascript refresh of the registration form on the checkout which would prevent the captcha to display when the registration area was refreshed in AJAX. We've added a patch to fix that.
Download again the ReCaptcha plugin on our website and install it on yours again and you'll get the patch.
