Stripe plugin for Hikashop shows error message while checkout is is progress.

Call to undefined function onAfterOrderConfirm_Checkout_token()

We installed Stripe connect plugin for Hikashop,
both versions are very new cuz we purchased today and at Hikashop website, not from Github.

When testing the checkout process with this Stripe,
we get those 2 error messages, but possible to pay and receive. but it shouldn't appear to customers.

Call to a member function createPaymentIntent() on null

Call to undefined function onAfterOrderConfirm_Checkout_token()

What's happening and how to fix those?

Hi Jerome, thanks for your reply.

We have tried both Legacy tokens and 3D secure but anyway it goes into the same issue.
We haven't had any other Stripe plugin to our website so far.

As for URL link, it's still private, we have sent it to one of your colleague via PM.
Any actual workaround?
