Guest checkout works, but user registration via menu item only creates guest acc

Hello,

We have the following needs on our Joomla + HikaShop setup:

1. Allow guest checkout during the order process

2. Allow full user registration (both Joomla user account and HikaShop address) via a menu item of type HikaShop -> Registration form

Here’s how we’ve configured things:

For point 1 (guest checkout):
We’ve enabled the guest option via:
HikaShop > Configuration > Checkout > Login & Registration
This is working as expected.

For point 2 (full registration via menu):
We created a Joomla menu item of type HikaShop -> Registration form

However, when we try to register a new user via the menu item (point 2), it only creates a HikaShop guest account, and does not create a Joomla user.

How can we configure it so that this registration form creates a proper Joomla user account along with their first HikaShop address, as expected?
