Minimum price for Product

We have a customer who sells products by the linear inch and needs a minimum PRICE, not a minimum QTY.

Customers can order any qty they want, down to 1 inch, but the price for 1 inch to 30 inches is fixed at the price of 30 inches. After 30 inches, it is priced dynamically per inch. It is NOT the case that customers must order at least 30 inches.

Can I set this up using Hika Business's standard installation?

I don't think so. I don't need a minimum quantity, I need a minimum price.

My customer sells tiny electronics parts, pre-loaded into a feeder tape (1 per inch/cm) used on full scale manufacturing machinery: each tape needs a header and footer length of tape material in order to thread the machines. His customers build prototypes, so they often need a half-dozen parts or less on that tape (instead of the full rolls they would use for a production run), but he has to price a tape with 1-30 parts as if it were 30 parts. The customer still has to receive only that half-dozen parts on the tape, the cart product's qty must still be 6.

Is that a better explanation?
