create custom field has some bug between hikamarket and hikashop

When i create custom field in hikashop with vendor table setting and then delete it, it still in hikamarket database and if i want create custom field with same name i get error for duplicated this column :

Error Saving
The field "sheba" already exists in the table "plg.hikamarket.vendor"

Note:this problem is summarize of my own custom plugin that want create custom field with the specific name after install. in the first install my plugin has not problem but when uninstall that and install again, i have this problem. it can not create custom field

It's the same with HikaMarket database tables/columns, of course.
