Customer Account page text overwritten

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.4.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.7
-- PHP version -- : 5.6.30
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Firefox 59.0.1

On the customer account page after logging in, the page looks like the attachment.
How do I sort this out?

Hi,

This is either a customization issue or a fatal error.
First, turn on the error reporting and debug mode settings of the Joomla configuration. Then access the page and see if you get some fatal error message which will help you understand where the problem is coming from.
If you don't get any error in that case, try switching to the default template of Joomla. And then access the page again. That will tell you if it comes from a customization of a view or CSS from your template or not.
