Show discount of the month

Hi,
my client asked me if is possible, from all the discounted product of the shop, select only the discounted product in a specific month.
In this shop he set a lot of discounted product, some are always discounted, others are discounted only for a month.
is possible make a menu item that show only the discounted product of a specific month (without make a specific category)?
