Wrong tax - doesn't take coupon into account.

I suppose it's a setting issue. In the coupon settings, you can select if you have automatic or manual taxes. And if it's manual, you can select which tax category to use for the tax rules applied on the discount amount.
So first, check that it's set to automatic taxes.
Then, in the HikaShop configuration, you have an "apply coupon" setting with the values "before taxes" and "after taxes". You might need to switch that setting.
Finally, in old versions of HikaShop we had a tax override plugin. If you have that plugin activated, make sure you deactivate it as it can cause issues with the tax calculations, especially with coupons. In fact, you can even uninstall it.

I think the issue is wih the "apply coupon" setting. I think you should change it so that taxes are taken into account when the coupon is calculated and added to the cart.
