Filter values turns empty after saving filter

There is no need to add values for custom fields of the type dropdown and checkbox. The filter system will retrieve them automatically from the custom fields values.
Entering values is only useful if you have numbers in the field and you want to have ranges of choices in your filter and in that case you need to enter numbers in the values of the filter.

Since you've turned on the "dynamic display" setting of your filter, the filter will only use the values of your custom field that you've selected in the products listing you're currently displaying when you look at the filter.
If you want all the values there, regardless of whether they are used by a product or not, turn off the "dynamic display" setting.

As I said, the filter will use automatically the values entered in the custom field selected.
You didn't enter any value in your custom field, so that's why it stays empty.
If you change the type of the custom field to single dropdown, or radio, or multiple dropdown, or checkbox, and enter the values in the custom field, you'll see them in the filter automatically.
