Hello,

If you want to send private information ; you need to use the "contact us" form with an URL to the corresponding forum thread.

Regarding your screenshot, I think you can simply fix the display using few CSS lines.
Because there is a value, you have a "delete" button but that image is displayed below ; it makes the block bigger (more height) and change the placement of the other blocks (which have some floating CSS rule I guess).
But forcing a min-height or by making the delete image "inline", you should get a better display.
