Setting for store-wide filter

I suppose that you're displaying the filter through the HikaShop filter module.
You need to edit the settings of that module via the Joomla modules manager and activate the "force redirect" setting there and make sure that the id you have in the menu item id setting is for a menu item of the type HikaShop products listing configured to display all the products of HikaShop. That way, when you use the filters of that filter module, it will display the products listing of that menu item and filter them based on what you entered in the filters of the module.
