I don't see the problem on my end.
It looks like either you don't have the 4.2.2 or your filter is not configured on the "price".
Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of your filter (in English please).
Normally, the filter should indeed use the settings of the currency, and thus you should also see the currency symbol there. Since you don't, either you don't have the improvements to display the price based on the currency settings or you're not filtering prices (that could happen if you use the "product_sort_price" instead of "price" for example.

Then maybe you have an old build of the 4.2.2.
Try to download again the install package on our website and install it on yours to make sure you have all the patchs.
If that doesn't help, please provide a link to a page with that filter so that we can look at the situation and check the javascript handling that filter.

First, I can see a problem with the format.
It should be either %n or %i
Other values there are not supported by the cursor system.
Also, there is something I don't understand on your end. You have the tooltip setting set to false, false:

But based on the code we have by default in administrator/components/com_hikashop/classes/filter.php, that should only happen when the "input" setting is turned on in the settings of your filter:

But in such case, you should see the input fields, which isn't the case.
So there is something crutial here which isn't working as it is on my end.
I'm afraid I'll need a backend and a FTP access in order to directly check on the issue on your website to be able to understand what's going on regarding this.

Well, I don't know what you did but it works properly on your website now that I'm checking it.
When I turn on the "input fields" setting of the filter, I get the input fields with the currency symbol after the input and you've added some CSS to hide it.
Regarding the rounding of the value in the input, it's normal it's not rounded but it could be improved. So I've added a patch to round the prices as needed in the input. It's working fine now on your website and we'll add that patch on our end too.
And when I turn off the "input fields" setting of the filter, I get the tooltips with the price without the decimals, as expected:

I suppose it might be linked to the changing of the format of the currency you did in the backend as I recommanded.
