Filter Mispelt Misspell Word

No there is no such mechanism in the HikaShop filter system not the Joomla search system.
You would have to use something more advanced.

As you can read there, it's hard to implement, would slow down the search, etc.
I think that something like extensions.joomla.org/extension/geek-elasticsearch/ might be able to do that. You would have to check with them.
Otherwise, you also have Google's search with something like that: extensions.joomla.org/extension/googlesearch-cse-component/
Google does support fuzzy search, of course, so that's really the simplest and most powerful solution to support fuzzy search on your website.
