Hi,

I think there is a paradox in filters with type of Cursor. It has an option for "Dynamic Display" and on the other side we must specify the maximum and minimum value for price. I think when we have dynamic display option, it must read the minimum and maximum value according to current result.

Also in a website with high amount of products and wide range of prices, it is ridiculous to determine min and max for price filter

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.
The filters can be displayed with a HikaShop filter module. A module can be displayed on any page of the website, even of pages without a listing of products displayed by HikaShop in the main area.
A filter with the "dynamic display" setting activated will get the minimum and maximum values from the current listing of product on the current page. So if you display the filter on a page without a listing of products in the main area, it has to fallback on the minimum and maximum values configured in the filter settings.
So both options are not contradictory and have both at the same time can be necessary in some cases.
In your case specifying a min and max might be superfluous. In that case, just set a min of 0 and a max really high and they won't be used.
