No products found

Hi,
I have read a lots of posts here about it, but non of the solutions work for me for some reason.
I have a menu item which shows the only main category with all of sub categories.
In the filtering module it's id is set up.

At the filter settings the type is Radio, category is the main category (which contains all the products) and including sub categories.
Apply on Custom fields and the custom fields dropdown is set up.

I can see the filter with the custom fields, but the result is always "No products found".
I display the filter on the "All products" menu item.
What am I missing???

Not all the products, but most of them have somethin selected.
Also I have the same problem with the category filter. Turned on the "show only if not empty" function, and it's shows the categories where there are products under the category, but when I click on one of the 3 categories it shows the products, but not on the other two.
