Demo Site For Auction

Hi , are there a demo site for us to try out the function of hika auction before we purchase the add on?

we worry about the functionality of it will be as complex as hika serial

thanks for the link and we have some testing on frontend together with backend

however when we finished the auction (we change the date to past and make it finished) with final price

how is customer notify together with payment processing? we did not find a part to test on this , and oso did not see any order genarated

The customer receives an email with a link to pay if he wants. Others receive an email to tell them that someone esle won and that they will win in order if the other users retract their offer after the end of the auction. There are some settings to configure all that.

You can go in the menu Users>Emails history in the backend of the demo website in order to check the emails that are being sent since the demo website won't really send the emails to prevent spam.

however is it possible to configure as customer able to proceed payment for won bid in their order history?

as much of the time, hikashop genarated email will fall into spam box of gmail and hotmail users and we might miss the sales for this

No. When the auction ends, there is no order created. The order will only be created when the customer click on the link to accept the auction result.

HikaShop emails don't go into the spam. It depends on how your email server is configured and how you customized the emails.
If your HikaShop emails go in the spam, I would recommend to use:
www.mail-tester.com/?lang=en
And fix the things that it points out.

The test results is fine, however, some of the gmail or hotmail user will still fail to receive the mail in their inbox, and get found in spam box

not sure why but this could be a problem as most of the user using gmail and hotmail
