Error saving Plan

-- HikaSerial version -- : 2.0.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.1.8
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 60

Hi Jerome,

Creating a new Plan (or editing) > Saving (or Saving and close):

An error has occurred.
1146 Table 'myDBname.#__hikaserial_pack_email' doesn't exist


Please, What am I missing ?
Anyway, going back to the Packs page the Pack seem has been saved correctly, but I cannot entry in the Configuration anymore, the same error message appear

Hello,

Please go in the HikaShop configuration panel and click on the button "check database".
It will create the missing table.

done, that table seem to be fixed. But as result I have back some errors.
Don't knowing the Check Database feature I attach here the pdf file report...

Hello,

I don't see any specific problem with your PDF and it looks like it fix the table and the columns.
So please explain your problem.

1 - Because I'm been educated to report the results when people gently suggest and tech me;
2 - To permit you to ivestigate if you think something is not running as you expected;
3 - With "Please, let me know if all is good, or if I have to do something" I mean that if you think that something is not running as expected, I'm here ready to be helpful doing all what is needed...

Hello,

Once again, I don't see what is your problem.

You performed a "check database" and it fixed some issues.
The fact you got the "duplicate" is normal because the table was just fix in the first step of the process.
If you have feedback about the "check database", please contact the HikaShop team for that. HikaSerial is just using the system/features so I cannot provide any kind of support for it.

Thank you for your understanding.

Now, what is the resort of my support is to be sure that the "check database" did its job and fix the table schema ; that you are not able to perform the save the plan (the original issue).

Now, the four "Errors" messages are for the HikaSerial table "hikaserial_pack_email". This is why I wrote:

PS I'm not here on HikaShop because I think you are nice, I'm not interested to know "if you are nervous", "if you don't like your work", or "If the girl betrayed you" and so on.
I'm here because I think HikaShop is a valid team with very good components. This is why I paid for HikaShop components.
Staying here I'm looking to observe all the HikaShop rules.
If, for any reason, you don't want me here, there is no problem, refund me what I paid and I'll looking for others components. Simply and really without any problems.

It looks good and you can ignore the duplicate error messages since it means that the columns are where they should be.

thanks and Yes, I can confirm you that seem to be fixed. I'm using HikaSerial Subscription and the issue did not reappear...
