How can a user cancel a payed subscription?

Hi all, I could not find a description or setup with HikaSubscriptions on how a user can cancel a paid subscription (paid with PayPal). Any hints/info on this?

Hello,

When you create a new topic in our forum ; please fill the different fields regarding your HikaShop and HikaSerial version ; it helps the support team.

Cancelling a Paypal recurring payment is handle by Paypal only.

HikaSubscription do have an interface for customer to cancel the renewal ; when paypal is the recurring method, a message is displayed to explain that he need to perform that part in the Paypal website ; as the Paypal FAQ explains.
