Hi,
By "cart" I suppose that you mean your "whole online shop data".
In that case, you want to export the table "hikashop_" via your phpmyadmin and import them on your new Joomla website's phpmyadmin. You might need to change the table prefix of the tables to match your new website table prefix.
Then, you want to download the files from images/com_hikashop/upload/ and media/com_hikashop/upload via FTP and upload them at the same place via FTP on your new website.
Finally, you can install HikaShop on that new website to get back everything.
Note that you'll have to reconfigure your menu items and modules and you'll also have to migrate your Joomla user accounts (preferably before you install HikaShop on the new website so that it can synch with the user accounts again) with a Joomla extension made for that.
