Update / Error in Extension Manager (Subscription)

I have an Update / Error in Extension Manager on the Joomla backend saying:

"Hikashop BusinessWe did not find a license attached to your website"

I see where on hte Hikashop site I have to enter the URL, and I understand that the support is for 1 site only, but what happens if I want to install on more than one URL? Will this error cause problems if I just ignore it?

You can ignore it.

You can also change the URL on our website and click on the "purge cache" button of the joomla installer in order to remove it but that's not a problem if it's there.
