In the access level tab of the configuration, the documentation menu is called "Help". Disable it and it won't show.

also i just found that this "access level" settings is not working as safe solution..

its just dont show up menu fields..

but someone who dont have to access to "entry" can open it with just type url ../administrator/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=entry

did you know about this?

Hi,

There is indeed an issue with the Documentation link in the menu.
Regarding the access, I tried and could not reproduce what you were talking about until I try on Joomla 3.2.
They apparently removed the call to the authorize function of the controller which was supposed to do the check and thus it wasn't working anymore on Joomla 3.2.
We've modified HikaShop to fix both issues and published a new package. You can download it on our website via the menu Your account>Your subscriptions and manually install the package via the joomla installer in order to perform the update.

There is no option in the ACLs to remove the forum or about/update menus so that's normal that you see them. It's not a bug, it's the way it is supposed to be at the moment.

Hello,
You'll be able to hide the menus inside your Hikashop component, but to hide the menus of your "Components->Hikashop" menu, the only solution will be to edit your database (through your "#_menu" table) because they are stored in it.
