Floating Change of address on shopping cart page

How do I delete or move position of Floating Change of address box on shopping cart page. It blocks my shopping cart page. Please Help! Thanks, Rod

That's because of the CSS of your template. You need to change the CSS on the class .modal to div.modal in one of the CSS file of your template and it will display fine. I would recommend to contact your template developer for more precisions.
