Problem Remove products and categories id in URLs

Hi I have a problem with the new feature Remove products and categories id in URLs under the "SEF URL Options".
First I have all my menus set as category listing pages. Then I have a megamenu that allows me to place modules in my menu. Therefore I have the category listing module under the word "shop all brands" in my menu under each section.. This is done so that the categories are automatically populated in the menu so the client does not have to update these.

If you notice I have 2 sub categories called tempurpedic if I turn on the new options remove products and categories id in URLs it lists all the products of tempurpedic on the entire site not just the ones under pillows or base and foundations.

I do not know if this is a bug or what I noticed K2 has this same issue if you name 2 categories the same name and use this option then it picks the first category named "tempurpedic in the database and lists it.

How can I fix this?
