Sell Templates

Hi,
I have a question about selling website templates with hikashop.
What i want to do is have a template and then the price would be lets say $25.00.
if they want to have the template exclusively it would be more. Now with the product i can add the base price.
I tried to do it with options, but with options it adds it to the price. Is there a way to have for the price like radio boxes
where they can choose either for instance, general $ 25.00 or exlusive $ 100.00?
