How to reset voting stars?

-- url of the page with the problem -- : mywebsite.com/mypage
-- HikaShop version -- : x.x.x
-- Joomla version -- : x.x
-- PHP version -- : x.x.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : XXXXX x.x.x
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Error_message

OK voting is reset and it looks ok.
But shema org not showing the vote stars?
why?

Rating value is 5 of 5 - in hikashop looks normal
but in shema.org
It looks like rating value is 0 of 5

Ok the have rating done...BUT
When i click rating 4/5 stars
i have 4 stars in hikashop
and i have 4 stars in shema. org

When i click in new product 5/5 strars
i have 5 stars in hikashop
and 4 stars in shema?
So the shema intemrop show in both products the same value.

Why is that?

So it looks like this
Total rating is not good
When i make 10 ratings of one product i will have only one rating
so in System->Mass actions i must do something wrong
product_average_vote = INT value empty
product_total_vote = INT value 0?
And in shema is something bad
when i made first product raring 5/5 and next product rating 4/5 i will have bouth products of rating 4/5.

Do you have edited anything related on the votes ? like views, etc ?

No i dont. i just make some css styling - nothing more...
So in the tables
vote user - database is clean. - even user make vote... database is clean...
vote - i clean the database because it shows vote raring vote user published votes etc
then i make this mass action...
1 problem - i cant make voting without comment because total rating not working
2 problem - the rating in shema org is mess up-

Ok i done everything...
Problem was in module best rated because the products have a stars...
So bewere to have in products page products modules with stars....
