-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.manncat.com/giftshop
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.1
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.20
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.14
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Cross Browser

I just upgraded Hikashop from 2.2.2 to 2.3.1.

For some reason the shop item are appearing twice (including pagination)

This was not the case before I applied the upgrade. I have checked the Hikashope modules and they are all unpublished with the exception of the cart module.

I have purged caches to no effect.

Please can you advise?

Hi,

You have to edit the options of your menu, in the associated modules option, remove the associated one, click on "OK" and then save your menu.
The associated module will be removed.

Hi Maybe, I have misunderstood where I should make the suggested changes.

I went to hikashop > display > content menu > I select the relevant menu as the setting as attached and tried to make the changes.

I have also disabled the associated modules in the display > content modules section.

None of the above have had any effect and the duplicate products still apeear on the front end.

You unpublished the associated products listing module, but you didn't unassigned it from the associated modules option of your menu.
Above your screenshot, there is an "associated modules" option with a "select" button. If you click on it, you'll get a popup and you'll be able to turn off the "enable" option of your menu's associated module there. Then, save the popup and the menu and it will work like you want.
