Hi,

I want to make responsive the modal window, when you edit the address in -> moodleshop.wideservices.gr/en/component/...checkout/step/step-0 . I tried to search in the folder com_hikashop the id "sbox-window", "sbox-content" or "sbox-content-iframe" but I didn't find any results.

Hi,

That's normal. We use the standard modal system of Joomla for that.
If you set your "popup mode" option to "bootstrap" and turn on "use bootstrap design" option of the HikaShop configuration, the popups should already be responsive (provided that your joomla template is compatible with bootstrap...).
Otherwise, a simple solution is to change the "address selector" option of the configuration to "list" or "dropdown". That way, it won't use the popup system at all.

I have a similar issue with the new or edit/change address modal window.
It "pops" an empty iframe (using inspector) underneath the web page, and the only way to see its content is to resize the browser (responsive). When you full screen the browser it disappears again. Funnily enough, if the user has no address at checkout, then it will appear nicely on top !!!
I have almost finished skinning (Gantry/Joom3.3) so I am not live yet.
Anyone have a clue what it might be??
cheers

Hi ,
changing what you said for the address solved the issue there but i still get a "bugged" modal when i press add to cart. I have changed the popup mode to bootstrap but nothing happened. i use a gantry template so i guess it is bootstrap based.

Hi,

@vixnfox this indicates that you are on Joomla with a "popup mode" option of HikaShop set to a value not supported by your template. Set it to 'bootstrap" and it should display normally.

@wideservices the notice popup is for now in hard and cannot be responsive. However, you can configure its size in the configuration of HikaShop. So you could just make it small enough so that it displays ok for all the screen sizes.
