Width of the address and strange string in checkou

In the checkout process, the address in the 3rt step shows the items in a very narrow space and there are more than 1 item per line
Moreover, somtimes it shows in the checkout and in the mail to user a stange string.
I attach the screenshots.
How can I solve it?
