IE Error - Add To Cart

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.1
-- Joomla version -- : 2.5.14
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28

I am having an issue with Internet Explorer 11. When a users adds the product to their cart and then later removes the item (using the delete/remove icon) they are kicked to the correct page with an "this cart is empty" error. However, if they try adding the same product BACK into their cart they immediately get the same error message!

This only happens in Internet Explorer it appears....

I have done the following:
- Cache cleared/purged
- Cache wasn't enabled in global config
- Cache wasn't published in plugins
- Gantry cache turned off

Hi,

Can you try to change the session handler in the Joomla settings ?
Could you provide a backend access in order to check your settings ?

It's a very strange comportment, and if you use the console on IE, there is no problems, the product is successfully added to the cart.
