Main page does not show up correctly

I am new to this and tried to configure it as good as I could.

-- url of the page with the problem -- : kabinetry.ca/index.php/products kabinetry.ca
-- HikaShop version -- : x.x.x
-- Joomla version -- : x.x
-- PHP version -- : x.x.x
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Safari
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : The page does not show up properly.

Also in the backend once I add the product, the look of my page changes.

We'll need more info to help you on this. First of all, which step did you follow to install Hikashop?
I suggest you to take a look at our documentation before doing anything: www.hikashop.com/support/documentation.html#hk2
Did you try using the default template? How did you created this menu and which version of Hikashop do you use?
