Provinces dont display

Hi Dear,
Once a customer wants to logout.
They have to register by filling out a form.

When they choose Canada or USA as their Country there are no provinces to choose from.

Please advise how to change that.

Hello,
Can you check through "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields" that you are correctly using the "address_country" and "address_state" custom fields through your address form ?
