REquierements for upgrade Joomla to 3.x from 2.5

I have my hikashop powered site working with the most recent versions of HikaShop, HikaMarket and Joomla 2.5x

My template is a Yootheme Warp powered (Yoosolar).

Do I have to consider any special thing in the process to upgrade to Joomla 3.x

Opinions are welcome from both HikaShop team and users.
