Military addresses

I'm trying to figure out 'if' HikaShop can be adjusted to allow for military addresses?

Hello Todd,
The solution will probably just be to use address custom fields via "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields" to change your customer's address structure, and then edit the code of the USPS shipping plugin so that you can properly send them the military address.
Note that editing the code of the USPS shipping plugin will require some development skills.
