-- url of the page with the problem -- : foxproducts.com
-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.4

We have two prices listed under each item in our store, one for the consumer and one for wholesale, which the wholesale price we hadn't used yet. After updating Joomla and HikaShop, each item in our store still listed the consumer price but defaulted to the wholesale price at checkout.

Also, the payment status on all orders changed from the default Credit Card Payment to Net Terms.

I was forced to take the shop off-line but here's a screen shot and I can give you admin access, if needed.

Hi,

The fact the the product is added to the cart with the wholesale price is correct.
Indeed I don't see any restriction on the quantity or usergroup so the lowest price is used in the cart.

To change the price displayed in the listing, you can find an option in our configuration for that. In order to display the lowest price instead of the highest one.

I don't understand your second issue, it display the wrong payment method in the orders ?
If it is, thanks to give us a screenshot of your payment method settings.

Where exactly do I find the option in your configuration to change the display from the lowest price instead of the highest one in the shopping cart? I did find and change some settings (see screen shots) but I still get the same results when adding to the cart.

Also, in the full detail view, both prices are showing (screen shot 3), which we don't want.

Again, we did not change any settings; this all occurred on its own after we did the upgrade.

Hello,

Be sure to add price restrictions if you put multiple price through your product configuration page.

Where exactly do I find the option in your configuration to change the display from the lowest price instead of the highest one in the shopping cart?

Xavier was talking about the "Price display method" option of your product listing content menu / module configuration page.

To solve the other issue, I simply unpublished the the payment option we didn't want. Again though, these settings changed when we upgraded. We had not changed them ourselves.

Payment methods don't publish themselves after an update/upgrade so be sure to have your payment method unpublished.

I have changed those parameters in each of the modules/menus yet the issue continues.

I am new to HikaShop. Where else could those same parameters be?

Hi,

As Xavier said, you need to set that "Price display method" to "cheapest price" and you'll have the lowest price on the listing, like on the checkout.

Please note that HikaShop has no particular order for using prices during the checkout. If you don't want a price to be used on the checkout, then you should not add it in the prices listing but instead add it somewhere else like in the description of the product or in a custom product field.
