-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.32
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Two Questions both on how to delete all my products:

1) Mass Action:
I am trying to create a mass action to delete all products, but after picking Product Columns, I cannot change the dropdown to filter by anything, except the default product_id. I also cannot change the operator from "=" to anything else. I click on the down arrow, but nothing happens.

2) Show "All Products" on the backend, but pagination max is 100. Can I change that anywhere, so I can delete all my products from the products menu?

Hi,

1) What do you mean by "Nothing happen" ? Are values displayed in the dropdown ?
Could you try to disable the massaction plugins, edit the massaction, enable them again, clear cache and open the mass action ?

2) When selecting "all" that should display all the products. We are using the Joomla pagination, is the "all" value working fine for another listing in Joomla ?

1) Sorry should have been more specific. I mean I click on the dropdown to change options, but the dropdown does not respond. It is as if the option was "grayed out", even though no changes in color occured. To confirm what you are requesting, you need me to go into the joomla plugins for massaction to disable it? Then go into the massaction item to try and change the dropdown?

2) I can't think of anything else on this install that has pagination to check. I did see on on one of the answers in the forum you guys requiring to go into configuration->display on an answer a couple years old (I can't find the exact topic right now), but I could not find anything affecting the pagination.

Hi,

1) Yes that's what I was requesting because I was thinking that it was another issue. Could you give me a backend access to see directly what's happening and why ?

2) The only options we have are for the frontend pagination, to put it at the top of the page, or bottom, or both.

1) sure, how do I send you the info? I am assuming I'm not posting in the forum.
2) Perhaps I am using the wrong term. Right now there is a drop down that allows you to see your products on the backend. You can change the dropdown to show 10, 25, 100, etc items per page. There is also an option for "All". Is there anyway to show more than 100 items at a time? "All" still only shows 100. Can I add a 500 or 1000 option somehow?

Hi,

1) You can send the infos via private message or via our contact form, don't forget to give the url of that topic in the message.

2) Yes I understood what your were meaning. And as I said we use the Joomla pagination, so no settings in HikaShop for that.
To add values, you will have to edit Joomla files.
