HIKASHOP wont add tax on product...

Few questions:
1)
I have created a manage tax for Denmark 25%. When someone from Denmark buys this 25 % is not added, why?
2)
On products, 'price with tax' is updated when 'price' is entered. I don't understand why because tax depends on where the buyer resides or ships. Basicaly I want to create only one product, and display all prices without tax, but if a buyer is from Denmark 25% tax should be calculated.
