Get a loop in the checkout - error

-- PHP version -- : 5.4.32
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 38.0.2125.111 m

I just upgraded to the new version but I get a loop when the checkout is done. So I had to go back to version 2.3.3 Business. Also lost an amendment on the bill and the cart, he had done so the subtotal is displayed without the tax and add the discount before tax, now the codes do not work and give error.

Nicolas if nuevaera had to revert back to 2.3.3 like we had to, you probably won't see what is happening.

We are having the same problem. We get the Hikashop message on final checkout (right before the Credit Card authorization takes place on the final step of checkout) that states "Please fill additional information / Please fill your credit card information" ... even though everything had been entered correctly.

When we reverted back to 2.3.3 the exact same transaction (credit card/customer info, etc.) everything is back to normal (that is, we get the correct response back from the payment gateway).

It looks like 2.3.4 is looking for additional information or validating the wrong fields. This is for the Authorize.net payment gateway. I'm not sure if it is an issue anywhere else.

We too had to go back to 2.3.3 as we missed several orders before finding this out. I will try to get you all a test site up if someone else doesn't have anything for you to work with in the next couple of days.

We indeed need a website where we can see the issue (with backend access and potentially FTP access) in order to understand the issue because it's working fine on our end.

Now update the system again and is well on the checkout, I no longer have the loop, but for user registration, it appears to me, default template of joomla and not to HikaShop, and reCapchat not appear, not allowing me to registration . :S

I just tested it on my end and it worked fine, regarding the captcha, you should make sure that the "ReCaptcha on forms" plugin.

I disabled Captcha in Joomla CORE, plus i had a K2 plugin causing the issue. After disabling K2 PLugins, it allowed me to register, but it requires me to Login In after registration. Shouldn't it just log me in after registration?

Does not look like should the form and calls for a ReCaptcha who is disabled and who do not use this form for registration

Depending your Joomla configuration, the user creation might require a email validation.
At this moment it's not possible to login the user because it has not been activated.
HikaShop read the Joomla configuration in order to know if he can (or not) login the user otherwise it will try to login ; but it is possible that the login made by HikaShop fails (but I don't know what could be the reasons exactly ; I just know that we call the Joomla login function so we can't be sure with the rest of plugins, etc).

The system plugin "hikashop registration" which redirect the Joomla registration page to the HikaShop one got some errors that should be all fixed now.
We updated the package so you can re-download HikaShop 2.3.4 to get the modifications.
