prompted to upgrade from 3 year old essential

on nov 25 2011 i purchased your essential package inv# 1657 - my site was www.flipperplate.com

ive since closed that site. i currently have no files from that site and the original paypal download link is not available.

i am trying your starter now on a new site and my hikashop account shows i can upgrade to business for 49 but says i must have essential installed first (but i'm only using starter).... help? how can i get business for 49 on my new site?

i will do this if i can accomplish the following....????

i need to sell taxable shippable items that REQUIRE a monthly service subscription at time of purchase that is AUTOMATIC RECURRING PAYMENTS.. not just billing, but actual autopay.... will business do this?
