Social Network Plugin(s) after upgrade to v2.3.4

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6

No immediate problem but need some clarification.

Just updated a site from v2.3.3 to v2.3.4 and see there are quite a few NEW plugins.

Social Networks Plugin - after upgrade I see there are now TWO plugins of the same name (Content & System). Both appear to do the same job.

I am assuming the system plugin has replaced the content plugin because the system plugin ID is higher than the content plugin.

Can you confirm the content plugin can safely be deleted?

Also, after each new release there are ever increasing numbers of plugins. I would normally advise a customer to uninstall unused plugins for any Joomla! extension.

If unused (for example, payment) plugins were to be uninstalled can they be downloaded for separate later installation from HikaShop.

Am I right in thinking that if a customer were to uninstall all unused HikaShop plugins that they would be replaced every time they update?

Hi,

We changed the category of the plugin "hikasocial" in order to avoid issues with some cache systems.
The content version is not deleted to not break the users websites ; but you can "migrate" to the plugin in the system category and delete the previous one.

HikaShop package contains a lof of plugins which are installed in same time than HikaShop (or during updates).
We don't recommend to uninstall unused plugins but we recommend to unpublish them.
