shipping methods not seeking in checkout page? what is the problem?

ok i adjusted munual shipping but there no any shipping methods in frontend

Ok so if you just don't see any of your shipping method through your checkout workflow and face a "shipping method not found" error message, you should firstly follow the "Shipping methods" section of the FAQ : www.hikashop.com/support/faq.html

this is another a web side
i dont have any weight and quantity restristion setting just manual shipping but not seeking a shipping methot frontend

And if it's still not working, giving me a temporary access to your back-end through a private message so that I can directly check it can be a solution.

Your issue is probably coming from the fact that you didn't set any weight/dimensions on your product configuration page.

i dont need weight/dimensions.. is it requied?

As it's said on the "Shipping methods" section of the FAQ :

5) Check that your products have a weight, otherwise, the system won't display any shipping methods as it will consider the products as virtual goods.
