Falang Language Switcher displays only one languag

My Hikashop displays only englisch language
Falang is installed
I want to switch between Englisch and German

Do you have added the German in the content part of the Joomla languages interface ?
Is the German available on other pages than the HikaShop ones ? If no, so it's not really an HikaShop issue
