Lowercase automatically transformed to uppercase

When i make a new article and add text to it(in lowwercase) it is automatically transformed to text in uppercase in my site. How can I fix this?

This has nothing to do with HikaShop, as it applies to Joomla articles. However, somewhere in your template the font "telegraficoregular" is set for this type of content, seemingly an all-caps font.
You should check your template settings or ask the template provider about this.
