After update to 2.3.5

-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 39.0.2171.95 m
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Fatal error: Cannot pass parameter 1 by reference in /htdocs/public/www/plugins/system/custom_quantity_tax/custom_quantity_tax.php on line 110

After update to 2.3.5 version, some pages of my shop went to a white screen... Any recommendations?
