Sending data INSERT IGNORE INTO

I get the following error message this morning when I want to change somthing on the webshop. After round 15 changed articles the shop stopped his working with the following error message:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request." When I have clicked on save all and close.
I have written to my provider and he has answered my question with the following error message:
d018c00b localhost d018c00b Query 1607 Sending data INSERT IGNORE INTO jomkas_hikashop_product ...
He means that the system needs a long runtime to fullfill the job "save the value" and go to next step
Do you know why I can change from the problem to a normal standard working with my onlineshop.
Please wright what you need from myside. I will give you near all from myside, what you need
