not update product in cart

-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : all

Dear,
I have a problem in the process of inclusion of a product in the shopping cart: when I insert a product in the cart , the cart does not update , I have to refresh the page to see the product in the cart.
how can I fix this?

Hi,

It will depend on the "Cart" settings in your HikaShop configuration (After a product is added to the cart)

It can also come from the "ajax when possible" setting

Hi,

Don't you have any cache enabled ? It really look like a cache issue.
Please disable it in the Joomla setting,s disable the joomla cache plugin, template cache, etc.

Can you test it with the "Use AJAX when possible for add to cart buttons" option set to YES via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Main".
