Register Joomla first and shop later, can't go on

If I register Joomla first and shop by hikashop later, the page keep asking me the password and retype password. I can't go to further page for the address at all. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much.

Is you customer account activated ? Can you show me how did you configured your Hikashop checkout workflow ("Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout") through some screenshots ?

Yes, the account is activated.

Home page--Register-- Fill in information--Email confirmation--Click email link back-- Activate the account-- Shopping cart empty--Go shopping--Add to cart--- Ask the registration form again( No NEXT STEP)--- key in password twice----The account has already used( The current account still logs in) ---> No NEXT STEP.

I reinstall the Hikashop lastest version and found the problem solved, but now the problem shows up again!! But I already re-install last month and this morning. Why did it happen again?

I think that the customer just have to log in before checking out.
Once logged in, the system will not ask him the informations already entered.

So in your checkout workflow please add the login possibility.
