How to add Cart to Menu

Hello Everyone,

my question is in the main Menu we create a button call it Cart, see screen shot, and we need to attach the Check out or the Cart to it, means if the customer add some products then all the sudden he try to do something else we need a cart button like the one in the screen shot if the customer clicked it will take him to the Cart or the check it out ( either to edit or to finalize the check out)
