Error in mail notification Undefined index: 10975

Hallo.
I updated to joomla 3.4 with hikashop 2.3.5 business.

In the email notification / html there comes in the head error :

Notice: Undefined index: 10975 in /srv/www/mysite.com/media/com_hikashop/mail/order_status_notification.preload.modified.php on line 113




i had also to issues they came together but they are solved:

Hi,

As you can see in the file name, the email has been modified.
So it is not the original HikaShop content for the email ; which means that we can't know what you have modified and what is the content in the line 113.
I'm sorry but we don't have enough information to be able to help you for that ; best I can recommend you is to remove your customization in order to use the default HikaShop content (and you can make a backup of your email overrides before).

Hi. I thought it was disappeared but is not.

The thing i changed in the original was the colours, and images. i moved also the additional information to the top of the email:

the line 113 in the email going through system > email > status notified is this:



Could you tell me where else i could check ?

Hi,

You're looking at the line 113 of the HTML version of the email, but you need to look at the line 113 of the preload (below in the same page). That's where the error is.
If you didn't modify the preload, you can delete the customization of the preload of that email in the emails listing.
