Characteristic Not working after Joomla update

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.5
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.35

Hello everyone,
while we are finishing this website and first time using Hikashop and lots of success so far, we face the following
the restaurant sells Gift card and it can be any of the following value 5,10,20,25,50,75,100

so when i create the category was not a problem, when i create the product was not a problem also, when i tried to create the characteristic so i can add it to the product then give values to the variants , it did not work, see screen shots
thanks for any advice or help, by the way just happen after we upgraded hr Joomla to 3.4
